Having trouble on the website?Updated a month ago

We’re so sorry you’re having trouble with the website — we know how frustrating that can be! Most website issues are quick to fix and can be resolved by trying the steps below:


1. Refresh or reload the page

Sometimes a simple refresh clears temporary loading or connection issues.

2. Clear your cookies or cache

If the issue continues, try clearing your browser cookies and cache, or open the site in a private/incognito window. This often fixes checkout and subscription errors.

3. Try a different browser or device

If you’re using Safari, try Chrome (or vice versa), or switch from your phone to a computer.

4. Log in to your account

If you’re having trouble managing a subscription or checking out, make sure you’re logged into your KilgourMD account. You can also access your account directly from the “Manage Subscription” button at the bottom of our homepage.

5. Still having issues?

If the problem persists, please contact our team — we’ll be happy to help. Include a brief description of what’s happening, any error messages, and if possible, a screenshot. This will help us fix the issue quickly.
