Yes! Each subscription renewal is treated as a separate transaction, so you’ll need to submit a new receipt to Flex each time your subscription renews in order to request reimbursement. You’ll find the reimbursement and submission link on your order confirmation whenever your subscription renews.
If you’d prefer to submit less often, you can switch to a larger bundle, which means:
- Fewer renewal transactions
- Fewer receipts to submit
- The same reimbursement process, just less frequently
