KilgourMD has partnered with Flex to allow you to use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). This means you can now use your HSA or FSA debit card to buy KilgourMD products with pre-tax dollars, resulting in net savings
How do I use Flex to submit my HSA/FSA?
We’ve partnered with Flex to make HSA/FSA submissions as simple and stress-free as possible!. After you complete your checkout, you’ll see a Flex submission link right on the confirmation page. You’ll also find the same link in your order confirmatio
Can I get reimbursed if I’m subscribed to KilgourMD?
Yes! Each subscription renewal is treated as a separate transaction, so you’ll need to submit a new receipt to Flex each time your subscription renews in order to request reimbursement. You’ll find the reimbursement and submission link on your order
Why is my HSA/FSA card being declined?
HSA/FSA cards are debit cards, and the most common reason for declines is insufficient funds. Reach out to your HSA/FSA administrator to confirm your balance.
I submitted my Flex itemized receipt for reimbursement and my FSA requires more information.

How long should I keep my Letter of Medical Necessity?
