After you complete your checkout, you’ll see a Flex submission link right on the confirmation page. You’ll also find the same link in your order confirmation email.

1. Click the Flex link to start your submission.
2. Flex will guide you through a few quick questions and automatically generate a Letter of Medical Necessity for you.
3. Once that’s ready, simply follow Flex’s instructions to submit your KilgourMD purchase to your HSA or FSA provider for reimbursement.
